This is a gift for my followers here and anyone who happens by, thanks for following my simblr! Sleepy Apartments -a 30x30 community lot, named because I’ve been playing too much Sleeping Dogs and it inspired me to create it. It can probably be used as many different things, and has room for expansion in the upstairs levels. I have decorated the inside two bottom levels to give an idea for a floor plan.
If you wish to use it as a residential apartments:
Place the lot in your world
Go into edit mode, choose which rooms you want your sim family to use as an apartment and follow on from part 4 on the guide located here.
Most essential CC is included in the download, except for these walls. It is my first time uploading a building this customized, if something is missing, ask me WCIF and I will try to find it for you.
